Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. If the carrier is unable to successfully deliver your product to you, a door tag will be left providing you details on the next delivery attempt. After three delivery attempts, our couriers will return your order to us and we will refund your account accordingly. This can take up 7-10 business days after the return has been delivered and processed at our facilities.
What if my order requires a signature and I am not available?
