Help! My promotion didn’t apply to my order, what do I do?

In the event a promotion doesn’t apply to items in your cart, be sure to refer to the terms and conditions to ensure all items in the cart are eligible for the promotion. If the promotion required a code to be entered, double check that all characters are entered correctly, all of our codes are case sensitive!
